Consultation & scoping are freeReview what we propose to build, the project price, timeline, and expected monthly technology and usage costs. Agree the scope and result before we begin.
Your approval before paid workWe build your implementation, then you try it with examples from your process. Your feedback helps us refine it and check that it meets the agreed requirements.
Built by us, reviewed with youWe set up your implementation in the agreed systems and help your team get started, with training, clear instructions, and a plan for looking after it.
Handover or optional supportA focused implementation process puts AI to work without a sprawling project, an open-ended budget, or another tool for your team to juggle.
Turn a useful opportunity into a working implementation on a clear, tight timeline. A defined scope keeps the work moving and gets AI into use.

Learn more about clear costs from the startPut AI where the work happens, so your team can use it in the systems they know. Keep control of how it works and what it costs.
Learn more about building within your environmentA useful starting point is often a task your team already knows well. Helping people draft, review, find answers, or organize information can make AI easier to adopt because it fits into work they already do.
These examples show a few ways a focused implementation could help your team.
AI Implementation Studio brings together experience in practical AI adoption, software product development, and hands-on implementation. That includes helping teams understand new AI capabilities, building SaaS products and focused applications, and developing tools for research, knowledge retrieval, document workflows, classification, monitoring, and realistic practice simulations.
That experience shapes each engagement: start with a specific workflow, understand the systems and constraints around it, and build something the team can put to use. The aim is a focused implementation that solves a real problem without becoming a sprawling technology project.
A tailored implementation is useful when recurring work depends on your team’s knowledge, standards, or preferred way of working. Existing tools may cover part of the task, but require people to adapt their process or repeatedly supply the same context. We start by identifying where AI could reduce that effort and whether the benefit justifies building and maintaining a focused solution.
We focus on knowledge and information work: drafting and reviewing documents, applying internal expertise, synthesizing sources, classifying information, monitoring developments, and rehearsing conversations. An implementation can combine several of these capabilities around one defined workflow. You can describe the work in ordinary language; consultation and scoping establish the technical approach and whether it is a practical fit.
Our starting point is to fit the tool to your workflow. Your team’s methods, best practices, and accumulated knowledge guide what we build, even when that information needs some organization first. We focus on a useful, bounded implementation within your existing environment, with scope, costs, and responsibilities established before work begins. This gives you a concrete first step that can be reviewed before deciding what to expand.
A separate tool can introduce another subscription, approval process, access setup, and renewal to manage. Building within systems your organization already uses can reduce that friction and make the implementation easier to adopt and control. We choose the deployment approach around your workflow and IT requirements. Additional licensing or services may still be needed, and those costs and dependencies are identified during scoping.
We define the initial workflow, deliverables, review points, and client dependencies before building. The first implementation has a clear boundary, so new ideas can be considered as a later phase rather than continually expanding the current project. If access, source preparation, or a requirement changes the delivery plan, we explain the impact and agree any revision with you.
Your plan shows the project fee, delivery time, and expected monthly technology and usage costs separately. The monthly figure identifies what drives it, such as AI usage, infrastructure, or an additional license. Optional support is quoted separately.
We agree what success means for the workflow before building. That may include less time spent preparing a document, more consistent application of internal guidance, or easier access to useful information. Your team reviews the implementation using realistic work and agreed requirements. Technical performance is part of that review; the result also needs to be useful in practice, with clear limits and an appropriate role for human judgment.
Handover includes the agreed training, instructions, operating requirements, and maintenance responsibilities so your team understands how to use and manage the implementation. You can choose to maintain it internally or arrange ongoing support. Running costs and support terms are made clear in the quote, and significant changes or additional workflows are scoped separately.
Start with a recurring task, an implementation idea, or a challenge that needs a closer look.
